I just purchased tickets / coins but the amount has not been added to my account. How come?

If you have recently purchased credits or coins but they have not been added to your account, it may be possible that the transaction hasn't fully processed and remains pending. Please note that sometimes payments may take up to 24 to 48 hours to fully process.

If, after 24-48 hours, your purchased items have still not appeared in your account and the payment has already processed, please submit a ticket to our support team detailing the issue. Make sure to also provide us with a copy of your receipt of purchase.
