I got disconnected!

Android:

Please implement the following preventative steps periodically to help make for a smoother Alisa Bingo experience.

If you are stuck or the game is frozen, please try force closing the game or restarting your device first.

  • Please verify that you are using the most recent version available from the Google Play store.
  • Please ensure your network connection is strong, stable, and persistent.
  • Please force close other apps that may be running on your device, as they may be taking up network or processing resources on your device. You can Force Close the apps in the Settings > Applications/Manage Apps menu.

Some Android devices also have a Quick menu, accessible by pressing and holding the Home button. From this menu you should have the option to "Close all", or you can swipe any application to close just that one.

Hopefully, these suggestions will help prevent your issue from happening again!

If you are stuck or the game is frozen, please try force closing the game or restarting your device first.

- Please verify that you are using the most recent version available from the AppStore.

- Please force close other apps that may be running on your device, as they may be taking up network or processing resources on your device.

iOS 6 or earlier versions: You can Force Close by double-tapping the home button and then pressing and holding each icon. This will cause the icons in this menu to wiggle. There will also be a red minus sign icon (-) on each application. Select this icon for each app. This will force close the application.

iOS 7 or later versions: Double tap the Home button on the iPad/iPhone. This brings up the list of parked applications which scrolls from right to left.To close an application, tap and drag upwards on its screen preview to drag the screen off the top. When the screen vanishes off the top, the app has been closed.Repeat this process to close all applications then tap the small ‘home screen’ preview to return to the home screen.

If you are experiencing a series of network disconnections, we ask that you hold off on playing for a short time and try again later.

While playing phantom blackout bingo. I lost a total of 320 tickets because it would kick me out in the middle of the game and then restart at the very end or not at all. 8 times this has done this to me costing me the tickets and several energies. Please reimburs. This is very frustrating
